2020 has been a weird year... and Winter break is no exception!

Here's what you need to know:

Campus will be closed beginning on December 21, 2020, so advisors are prohibited from working during the Winter break curtailment. We will be able to assist you again beginning on January 4, 2021.

Registration:

Enrollment will continue over Winter break. As long as you don't have holds or other issues that would prevent you from enrolling during the term, you can still change your schedule. Waitlists will continue to function normally. If a seat becomes available for you, you will get an email and have 24 hours to enroll before it is offered to the next student on the waitlist. So make sure you clear your holds before campus closes!

Enrollment Assistance and Learning Community Questions:

This will NOT be available during Winter Break 2020. Any emails or forms that are submitted after 12pm noon on December 18 will not be received until January 4, 2021. Please do not send multiple emails about the same issue as that slows down the response time for everyone.

Fall Grades and Winter Classes:

Fall grades will post after the campus closes. If you fail a class in Fall 2020 that is a prerequisite for a class you are taking in Winter 2021, you should drop the Winter 2021 class as you are no longer eligible for it. We will be dropping any students who do not meet the prerequisite for their Winter 2021 classes by the end of Week 1. If you fail a class in Fall 2020 and want to retake it in Winter 2021, you may need to try to enroll multiple times. The system needs time to update the records so you can repeat a course. As the campus is closed, advisors will not be available to investigate issues with permissions not being applied. If you are not able to enroll after trying yourself at least 3 times over least 3 days, you can send 1 email about the issue to the advising office. Please do not send multiple emails about the same issue as that slows down the response time for everyone.

iLearn Access:

iLearn will be available until December 25, 2020 (Christmas Day). iLearn WILL BE DOWN for updates from December 26, 2020 to January 2, 2021. Please review your Winter 2021 classes before December 25, 2020 and again on January 3, 2021. You will have less time to prepare before your classes begin, so make a plan to use the time you have efficiently.
